We will be upgrading the MariaDB database servers between 17:00 and 19:00 GMT on 28 Janr 2026 to upgrade them to a ilater version. A two hour window is allocated. However, the actual downtime is typically less than 30 minutes.

We are tracking unstable connectivity to a number of our servers resulting in high packet loss. We are investigating.

Update (24 Jun at 05:56 UTC) This is an issue affecting the hosting provider on which our infrastructure resides. They are working on the problem.

Update (24 Jun at 20:02 UTC) The infrastructure is now coming back online now. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Our Plesk hosting servers will be rebooted on Tuesday between 21:00 and 23:00 GMT on Tuesday 14 Jan 2025 to upgrade them to a larger size. A two hour window is allocated. However, the actual downtime is typically less than 10 minutes.

Our Plesk infrastructure has gone offline. We are investigating.

Update (05 Nov at 05:56 UTC) This is an issue affecting the physical host on which our infrastructure resides. The Infrastructure will now be migrated to new hardware automatically.

Update (05 Nov at 06:09 UTC) The infrastructure is now coming back online now. We will continue to monitor the situation.
