We have identified an issue with our external phone number becoming unavaliable.

Resolved (22 Nov at 10:35 UTC) We have identified the issue (it was DNS) which has now been resolved. All calls in and out are working again fully.

Our office phone system is currently offline. We are investigating

Resolved (13 Oct at 09:24 +0100) We have identified that the datacentre hosting our phone system are having some networking problems causing instability.

Resolved (13 Oct at 10:05 +0100) Things appear to have returned to normal. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Resolved (13 Oct at 10:42 +0100) The datacentre have confirmed that the issue is resolved and we can confirm that all systems are operational again.

We currently have intermittent connectivity from our office which is affecting phone calls to the business.

Our ISP has been notified who are investigating.

Update: 12:12: We are happy that this has been resolved but are watching our metrics closely.

[Resolved] Slow response times due to fire

There is a fire in our building. The company has decamped to another location and are online but at reduced capacity. Phone calls will be routed to voicemail or our emergency on call technician for urgent issues.

Update 11:51 The fire brigade have given the all clear and we are now back online without issue.

We are on a company training day. Response maybe delayed. All Maintenance customer servers will be monitored and actioned as normal. Non-urgent work maybe actioned on Monday. If you have an urgent issue please call the office to be put through to our on call engineers.
