Slack has advised that Customers experiencing outages in Slack.

We are also seeing these issues. We are still contactable via phone and email if required.

Resolved (27 Jul at 10:36 UTC) This is now RESOLVED - Slack is now working again.

We’re having issues sending and receiving some messages. Slack have an incident detailing this.

There is a fire in our building. The company has decamped to another location and are online but at reduced capacity.

Update 11:51 The fire brigade have given the all clear and we are now back online without issue.

Slack has advised that customers are experiencing degraded functionality on their service.

We haven’t actually noticed any issues ourselves but suspect that issues maybe affecting customers differently. We are still contactable via phone and email if required.

Update: 09:55 This issue has now been resolved.
