WordPress Hosting Support via Email
We are currently tracking another outage affecting our WordPress Hosting and support e-mail systems which started at 22:28 this evening (UK Time). This seems to be a networking fault in the datacentre hosting our infrastructure. All services are completely offline.
The datacentre is already aware of the issue and working on a resolution.
We’ll update you when we have more information
Identified (02 Aug at 21:58 UTC) The datacentre have informed us that the issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
Resolved (02 Aug at 23:28 +0100) Things look to be resolved now. All systems are back online. We are continuing to monitor closely.
